Tagged For Speeding, Very Little Disclosure Notes

Unread post by blackout_08 »

Hi,

September of last year I got tagged for speeding along Dixon Rd (EB) near the airport which is a common speed trap. TBH, I have absolutely no clue how slow/fast I was going just moving with the speed of traffic (I know this isn't a defensible argument). Anyways, cop pulls me over, tells me everything is being recorded on his body cam, hands me a ticket and away we both went.

I requested disclosure (attached) and there is no body cam footage and very little notes. The ticket was a digital print out with a digital signature for the officer. There were two passengers in the car; however, they are from out of town so I can't bring them to court. Trial date is set for Feb.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't exactly call the notes lacking. They are pretty detailed and on par, if not better, than your average set of notes.

Is there something in the notes you were expecting?

Actually, I have no idea what I was expecting other than the body cam footage.
