I received a ticket for "speeding" on the 401 recently, I saw the OPP car come flying around a corner quite a ways back in my rear view so I got over to the right to get out of his way, he followed me and pulled me over, said he'd been pacing me. There is a dollar amount written under "set fine" but the ticket doesn't say how fast I was allegedly going, it simply says "Speeding". I intend to fight this as I was driving along side other traffic not "speeding". Does not stating a speed count as a "Fatal error"?
