Reduced From 40 Over To Disobey Sign
I got a 40 over speeding ticket, requested disclose and along with disclosure I got a letter offering a plea deal from 40 over down to disobey sign.
I am considering taking it and avoid the hassle of a trial because it happened 3 hours away from where I live.
The problem is that even if I want to take the deal, I still have to show up in court on my trial date.
Also I wonder how come they offered such a deal?
Any thoughts anyone???

Sounds like good deal -- hope I'm that lucky next week. Do you have to reply to the offer? Maybe if they think you're going to take it, the officer might not show up. Sounds like either way it's worth the trip.
