does anyone know what the judge is handing down for punishment in driving while disqualified,,,,,,i know what it says on the mto site but whats being handed most of the time...

Something like that would be completedly dependent on your past convictions and circumstances of the offence. Also, while your offence is driving related, it falls under the Criminal Code and not the Highway Traffic Act, which is what this forum deals with.
