What If I Know The Jp Personally, Is He Required To Recuse ?
It is possible that I know the JP. Does he have to recuse himself ?
What is the procedure ?

He should remove himself or adjourn your matter due to this conflict of interest. Unless he doesn't tell anyone and finds you not guilty for being too good looking or something.
