Old City Hall - 11 Months 8 Days - 11b
Is it even worth it to do the 11b at old city hall for a court date 11 months and 8 days after being charged? This is the first speeding ticket my spouse ever got.
I heard the JPs there are sticklers and 11 months might not be long enough delay. Note: I did not request for an earlier trial and I requested Disclosure last week. My trial is in 2 months.

Unless you've gone over 12 months since the date of the offence, probably not worth filing an 11B.
