Do I need to inform my insurer about an accident
My car skidded and it slammed into a tree on the median of the road. Thank God no other vehicles were involved and no one was hurt. I reported the accident to the police because the accident did involve municipal property (the tree) and the law requires that such accidents be reported to the police....
