The phone message says closed and when I entered ticket numbers on the website it comes up not found it has been 13 days. Does this...

just wanted to drop in again and thank you for your advice, as it turned out the officer did not show! Sorry for the not getting back sooner as I hate it myself when I read some ones story and do not get the end result.
