Fail To Yield
fail to yeild >>after stopping at stop sign going west turning south (left turn) on to two lane Road >road is busy but enough time to make the turn>>> buddy speeds up honks at me>>cop behind him pulls me over>> fail to yeild ticket. in the disclosure cop says car went to right lane makeing 6 cars to brake so he says> my son is a witness as he saw what i saw and the cop has no witness> what do you think?

You not only have to have time to make the turn, but have to be able to get up to and or near the speed limit. Neither you or your son would be able to see brake lights of the vehicles.
