Try Xcopper. I contacted them and if you hadn't paid the ticket yet then you have a reasonable chance..

You could try first attendance meeting, and hope for an amendment to the offence of Drive in Contravention of Conditions. That what you do not get the automatic 30day suspension upon conviction.
