Ontario Highway Traffic Act

There is a line of school busses waiting to load kids (time is approx 3:35pm), one of which is on the road with its amber four-way flashers on (turn signal hazards, not the red ones near the roof).

As far as I know, it is not illegal to pass a bus if they have the yellow lights flashing, only if the red lights are flashing are you not allowed ...
