Went to second court lost. You can request officer, green hornet to show up on back of document .It's not listed you have to write it in yourself. Parking sign at Wellness Centre stated Wellness Centre use only. Ticketor was in a pickup truck and placed ticket after I left. I am a member and park there daily using facilities. It was more a ...

Got a parking ticket at Chinguoasy Wellness Centre(SP) Brampton.
Parked at the Centre ( which I am a member of) and walked to neighbouring hospital, later went to Chig. Gym. Got parking ticket at Wellness Centre for going to the Hospital. There is no signage, parking tickets are disputed through City Hall employees not Traffic Court .Suggestions ...

To force the fatal error by not responding to the ticket at all. Don't give the Prosecution any chance to amend the certificate and correct the error(s). Forcing the fatal errors means you don't reply to the ticket at all (i.e. don't request a trial, don't contact the officer or prosecution

The ticket never went to court because it's called a Failure To Repond or F.T.D. for short.......( Not to be confused with a S.T.D.....LOL.)
The Justice of the Peace is due to convict me Dec. 20, 2014 which is a Saturday ( My ticket was given November 5th )and I have a month before they take my licence away.
Should I appeal it now ...
