yes, there were but i could have pulled into the most right lane but I choose not to because there were cars coming and I didn't want hit anyone who suddenly decided they needed to turn into the plaza.

there were tons of cars going west because it was rush hour. I was yielding to them because some of them could go into my lane since its for the major plaza on that street. funny how those 2 clauses connect with common sense but not in the law. There are some people who do understand to use headlights when there is rain/storm/fog/ or even dark.

I know NY state has a law if you have your wipers on you need to have your headlights on. This law makes sense because you want to have as much visibility as possible on the road.
