Hi all: I have a question about two kind of right turn I am not sure of. Note that I notice everyone is doing this and I might be able to assume the majority can't be wrong but I just want to find out for sure. 1. When there are 2 right turn lanes, are the people in inner lane supposed to be able to turn right on red light? 2. When there is a sign saying "STOP HERE ON RED SIGNAL" but there is NOT a no-right-on-red sign beside it, are you allowed to proceed to turn right after you have made a complete stop and determined there is no oncoming traffic on the left and no pedestrians?
