Ontario Highway Traffic Act

Stopped short at a school bus.
Saw them, something distracted me as I was slowing down and then I slammed on my brakes basically stopping even with the front of the bus. No persons were actaully crossing the road. They were just closing the door/turning off red lights, once they were done, I continued on my way.
