So I got suspended for 7 days with the charge of stunt driving (speeding over 50km/h). Almost a year after, the charge was withdrawn and I'm clear of it. Why does my suspension stay on record? Doesn't that mean the suspension is invalid now?

Anyway, the reason I'm really asking is because my insurance company is now increasing my premiums because ...
