Hello!
I recently received my trial notice and was going to request disclosure. However my notice of trial states: "You did commit the offence of RED LIGHT contrary to the HIGHWAY TRAFFIC ACT section 144(18)"
This sounds dumb to me (offence of red light??), but does it matter? My ticket states "Disobey red light". Is the charge what it says on my ...
