I've also noted that the officers name on the "Information" form is different than the name provided on my tickets as well as the notes/case files. Is this of any help at all? I.e. This is the information of Joe Blow of OPP, Police Officer. However, the rest of the documentation was from Sam Schmidt, the officer who pulled me over.
