Last year I was charged with not stopping at a red light in Toronto and I hit a car, no one was injured, as I am out of town I consulted a lawyer and he advised to fight it out. court will notify 3-6 mo. about court DATE
Took ticket into courthouse to set trial--They said will send DATE within 3-6 mo. and if they dont , that i should call the tel. # on ticket and set date with them.
Now IF they dont send date to me,should i call them or just wait until they do --or dont--- get back to me????
