Help! My boyfriend and I each own a smart car and have been sharing a parking spot in our condo for the past three months. Together, both vehicles fit in the spot easily. A couple nights ago one of our cars received a $30 ticket from the Toronto Parking Authority, who we later learned had been called in from the management of the building.
