Greetings! I have a quick question: I received a speeding ticket pulling out of a small town – 84 in a 60 zone ….. eyesight from the 90kph sign. I work as a paramedic and Demerit points are a concern …. for my professional driving record. I am guilty as I was not beyond the sign …. the guy could have given me a break! Question: The only thing I see on the ticket is a misspelled address : he did not write the Municipality correctly (it is properly written on my Drivers Licence). Is this grounds for cancelling the ticket? Not much else to go on he...
