Ontario Highway Traffic Act

I have heard through the legal grapevine that there are locations that the enforcement of certain speed locations have incorrectly posted signs. I am looking for some case law and or examples of these types of bylaw infractions made by the municipality responsible for errecting and maintaining these signs.

Anyone out there hear of the same issue ...
