I am on trial for racing a motor vehicle. I am trying to find the HTA from 2006 and to read the law that I am being charged with breaking. I can only find the latest version of the HTA from 2008, but I believe it is differently worded than when I received my ticket in 2006. Anyone know where I can find this?
