Hi i have my license suspended in saint catharines but when i call to check the status of my license it said that it is not suspended so im wondering i live in hamilton is my license also suspended here?

i already have a lawyer thanks though. But i was wondering since my court date for july 5 2009 wasnt settled and stuff when the judge sees what happened that day when i got pulled over would he be able to charge me... btw i figured out that my license wasnt suspended i was just out on bail with cond...

Theres alot going around about all your records being erased when you turn 18 i am 17 years old and im just wondering is that true? and if so does it apply to any laws youve broken on the road. (accidents, dui , etc...)
