I was charged with going 50 over in Manitoba awhile back while visiting. Can this charge be transferred to Ontario (where I'm from and have my license) therefore making it a speed racing offence?
I really don't think there's an opportunity for reduction because of the speed, but I don't want to get the Speed Racing offence. Although I do question ...
