Ontario Highway Traffic Act

Hi, everyone

Last night, I've been pulled over on HWY 403 Westbound for going 35km/h over in 100km/h zone.
However, I've got dated 2012 instead of 2013 for year.
I'm wondering if I can go to a trial and get this ticket disqualified?

If that is not possible, any alternatives to reducing the penalty?
