Ontario Highway Traffic Act

Hi all,

I got a traffic ticket last week for driving on the HOV lane. On the ticket it says it's a Metro Toronto By Law 132/93 3(a). I was wondering if I will get any demerit points? Also for this ticket, I was trying to only make a turn which would of been only around 5 seconds until I made the turn. Is it worth fighting?
