Ontario Highway Traffic Act

It was a roadside suspension for a "warning range" BAC. I know it was an infraction under the HTA which is for Ontario only. As Quebec does not have the "warning range" offense I was wondering if this will show up on a new Quebec license drivers abstract.

I had a 3-day suspension on my ontario license and I will be moving to Quebec and so I have to get a Quebec license and submit a drivers abstract for my new job.
