ONTARIO CELL PHONE LEGISLATION

It will soon be illegal to drive while talking on a hand held cell phone in Ontario. Whenever a law like this gets passed, those in opposition come out of the woodwork. I thought Id clarify how I believe this law came to be passed.

Apparently the street racer special starts tonight. Christina, the reporter who Tim and I were interviewed by told me it was to air on October 1st. Maybe tonight is a lead up. I believe there is a time limit which applies. You can't go on flip flopping about which act charges are going to be laid under forever.
