Ontario Highway Traffic Act

Quick question - did some searching but didn't find a concrete answer --

If a speeding ticket was issued but the address is clearly incorrect on the ticket, is this ticket still valid? Ie. is it enough to have the ticket thrown out?

I tried to file for a court date but never received notice, only to find out later that a notice was sent out to ...
