How to make sure my evidence is admissible in appeal court?

This is for an appeal I was charged under the wrong subsection of the HTA which I will explain below but my main question is how do I make sure my evidence can be submitted? I remember watching a trial before but for some reason the judge wouldn't accept the guy's evidence because she said it wasn't verifiable???

Further info for those that care ...

Re: officer parked in front of address that doesnt exist. ur

in the end I took a deal "interfere with traffic" no demerit points and same find amout ($85)... no insurance hit, hopefully.

I had a defense ready but it was a roll of the dice and I figured it was best to avoid it.

They didn't want to make a deal because of an outstanding fine from like 7 years ago but I talked them into it.

Re: officer parked in front of address that doesnt exist. ur

I don't think that's an address, just the police cruiser or police unit number. He simply says he was parked on Hawthorne east of Lauzon. Regardless an incorrect address probably wouldn't make much of a difference if he correctly identified the intersection where he was parked.

after viewing the intersection on google street from an east POV ...

officer parked in front of address that doesnt exist. urgent

Going up tomorrow for a "disobey stop sign" trial.

Officer claims he was parked in front of an address that doesn't exist.

Quote exactly from his paragraph of a note. (all caps lol)

do police officers ever get tickets themselves?

Would be interesting to see a study researching if police officers ever get tickets or are they above the law. Must be nice being a cop can do whatever you want because in the back of your mind you know a fellow "brother of the blue shield" will let you slide...

Re: just CONVICTED (fail to obey lane sign:154 1 C) w/disclo

Trust me I would've been better off myself. There are some solid law students there for sure but this guy wasn't one of them. To top it off he had the hearing capability of a 90yr old man and sported the device in his ear to prove it. Not to mention I just met with him for the first time on June 6th 5 days ago for 15-20 minutes and had a letter ...

just CONVICTED (fail to obey lane sign:154 1 C) w/disclosure

I uploaded the disclosure I received and also attached it at the end here for your review/analysis.

I feel like I got shafted well proper on this one and not going down without a fight.

This is how the trial went in point form:

-First the officer went up and basically read from his notes even though my CLA (community legal aid) legal rep ...
