Is my application for Stay still valid? Next move?

Just a quick summary of my situation:
- I got a Failing to Stop 136 (1)(A) ticket on Oct 18th 2009.
- Applied for a court date on Oct 26 2009.
- First request for a disclosure on Nov 13 2009.
- Got my court date in the mail on Dec 8 2009, trial scheduled for April 29 2010.
- Second request for disclosure on Dec 14 2009.
- Third request for ...

Alright, I have decided to just include the overview of the case laws as provided in the Canlii in my Form 4F appendix, is that a good idea?

Just going to include in:

Attaching case laws in Form 4F appendix

I am gonna file for a stay by filing Form 4F. Since I was not provided proper/full disclosure.

Since I referred to case laws R. v. Stinchcombe and R. v. O'Connor each being 27 pages and 140 pages respectively. Am I suppose to attach the whole case file in my appendix of Form 4F or just part of it? If just part of it then which part?

You can always represent yourself in court. A friend can help you but you cannot pay them or give them ANYTHING for the help.

The ticket you were issued is invalid. Read the ticket, option 1. It tells you that in order to settle out of court you must pay the total payable.

Section 8 of the POA only requires you to pay the set fine amount ...

Question regarding a representative in court?

I got a failing to stop at a stop sign, 136(1)(a).
I am going to request a trial in a couple of days, but want to know that do I need to inform the courts now that I might have a representative to fight for me instead or I can bring in a representative to fight for me at the time of the trial? If I do not fill out anything under "Representative's ...
