Well your brother is facing a large fine. The No Insurance conviction will cost him a minimum $5000 fine. my brother was pulled over as he was driving to renew his plate permit. His insurance was also expired. He is heading to court tomorrow and i was wondering what he could expect. Is this the 200 to 1000 or 6 months in jail
