Ontario Highway Traffic Act

Concerning stunt driving. I read about one driver from California who had his car impounded and license suspended for 7 days. I know the California license was confiscated by the OPP, does the person get his physical license back after the 7 days ? If he doesn't get it back, what happens to the license ? Also does a report get sent to California ...
