Ontario Highway Traffic Act

Hi I am new to the forum so thanks in advance.
My question is: I received a speeding ticket 65kmh in a 50kmh zone, (it was dropped slightly)
The officer did not put a license plate or any vehicle information on the ticket.
Can this ticket be thrown out if I choose to challenge it in court, All other info is correct.. It is only a $52 ticket ...
