Update after the Trial on Dec 22: Handheld Device
I went to the trial on Dec 22, 9am. The first step was to meet the Prosecutor. When my turn came, the Prosecutor told me that he could drop the fine to $200 (3 points can't be waived). I didn't comment, instead, I told Prosecutor that the cap saw me use my phone through a video but there wasn't a video included in the disclosure. The Prosecutor looked up my disclosure and told me that the note didn't mention video, however, I have the option to reschedule the trial for the purpose of seeking legal advice. BTW, there isn't a video tape included in the disclosure
And the Office's note didn't mention the video at all.

On March 7th, 2016, I got my ever first traffic ticket for "Handheld Communication Device". I am an experienced driver for more than 10 years; apparently, not so experienced in taking traffic ticket.
