My courtdate is on 8th of July. Is it too late to file?

Re: Sign/License Charges

Sorry for not being clear. I requested the disclosure via fax and registered mail. Did not get anything back. From my understanding, I don't have to file anything else until the courtdate, correct?

First charge: I actually had license at that time. It was extended due to the DMV strike that took place prior year.

I am not sure how the court should. Here is what I think:

Yeah, I understand that. I am just trying to make it look bigger. Hopefully it will overwhelm the prosecutor :)

Extension Letter

Due to the strike at DMV an extension was imposed that extended the expired driver licenses. They released an actual letter that I need to use in court. But I cannot find a copy of it, because extension ended on September 1. My conviction was prior to that date.

Okay, I set a court date for my tickets;
I also requested an Azerbaijan translator. When I got he notice of trial they changed it to RUSSIAN translator, because most of the people from Azerbaijan speak Russian. But thats a big assumption, because I may not necessarily speak Russian.

this must not be from Ontario as those are not proper fine amounts for the offence you listed

Paid Tickets

Here is my problem. I got two tickets
1. Driving without insurance slip ($120)
2. Fail to have 2 license plates ($120)
