which side of car should be parallel to circle? driver's side or passenger's side? no one-way signage. i was parked passenger side to the circle (no one else was there). when i left a few hours later, the other 5 cars that showed up were all parked driver's side to circle. am i missing something? i've been driving for 27 years and this is bugging ...
