Thanks for the response. Believe or not, according to the info I got from the ministry my suspension was filed by the officer. In the end it makes no difference who filed it.

Long story short. I was on hwy 402. Drinking water as I cruise home. I started coughing really really hard, then choked and passed out. Of course i totalled my car. No one else was involved. I was sent to the er to get checked out and everything was fine. It was a one time event... Not rocket science. If you can't breathe you pass out. The officer did not ever warm me I might be suspended for medical and also charged me with careless.
