I ended up not getting jail time when I was convicted last week. $1500 fine and 12 months additional suspension. How do I get about clarifiaction from the courts ? If I can drive a boat, I would like to have that information, as you mentioned, incase I am stopped on the water. That's only IF I can drive a boat which I think is questionable.

Does a confiction of this offence (Criminal Code) usually come with jail time ? Also, I noticed that the paper work has a box that is available to be checked to disqualify me from driving a vessel and it is not checked off.
