Hi,
I am not sure if this has been asked before:
If someone received a roadside suspension,
- Does the drivers abstract show the specific reason for the roadside suspension or is it just listed as a generic road side suspension that shows up on the abstract?
thanks,

Notice of suspension
Hi,
I got a roadside suspension for driving while over 50mg of alcohol. My license has been suspended for 3 days, this was my first offense. I wasn't issued a ticket or anything but my license was not returned by the officer.
I have 2 questions relating to this:
-does this constitute as a DUI or just a warning? If this is a warning, how will ...

defendant for failure to change marked lanes
Hi,
I was involved in an accident. I got a ticket for "Fail to drive in marked lanes"
Is there any defense for this?
I wasnt intending on changing any lanes, but however I was involved in swerving my car from left to right (at the 401 e)it was unintentional. Since i was not changing the lane but got involved an accident, which was due to slippery ...

got a ticket
Hi guys,
My friend just got her first ticket. She has paid the fine in full and on time.
her concern is whether her parents will find out about it. ie. they took down her address. (she lives in Ottawa, while the incident happened in Waterloo Ontario). Basically will her parents find out about the fact that she got a ticket?
Thanks for your ...

Ticket for failure to drive in marked lanes
Hi,
i got a ticket for failure to drive in marked lane about two weeks ago. I got into an accident, because I collided the car into the divider. There was black ice on the road and that caused the car slip. I was going at a 110 km on highway 401-E. I have pleaded not guilty to it. I was wondering if I have any defense for this ticket or if I could ...

Got a ticket for failure to drive in marked lane.
Hi all,
This is my first post.
This Tuesday I got into an accident. I was on 401 E driving towards Mississauga. I hit the parting wall on the left hand side and then went down in the ditch. It was around 11pm and the traffic was pretty light. I did not collide into any other car.
Basically, I was driving at 110km/hr and I hit a patch of black ...
