Thank you Stanton. That was very helpful and as it turns out I did visit my local courthouse and they said the very same thing. However I was told that I would have to apply and although I would more then likely be granted the payment plan. I would have to wait 2 business days to hear back from them...

Once again I just need help to make this better. I need my license back and I have no job or money. Is there anything I can do to help me out.
