Re: Received Disclosure, Nothing in my favour... what's my s

In addition, could someone he'll me produce training procedures for Oxford county police/ woodstock/ opp? I'm unsure who the cop belongs to. but if I'm going to challenge his training, he'll just day he's trained and that'll be that. I need something to show with regard to the two or three year recertification for radar

Pleading guilty at court after pretrial

Got a speeding ticket. Was reduced.

Is it possible to plead guilty at trial, after a motion for a stay has been denied, for the penalty on the ticket? Or will I plead guilty and be subject to the full fine/demerits for wasting their time?

I'd like to think I can last minute "okay, i'm guilty for 20 over" after i try to bluff my way out of a 41 ...

Re: Received Disclosure, Nothing in my favour... what's my s

I couldn't help but notice that in the notes, it states "Radar Trained: 2010-10-21".

This falls outside the 3 year window for recertification. Is this the first date that the officer was trained, or do I have a case based on the fact that the officer has not been properly trained for use of the radar device?

Re: Received Disclosure, Nothing in my favour... what's my s

OP here.

I have a plethora of traffic violations. My three-year record search shows an unsafe move in 2010 and a "no validation on plate" from 2011.

More or less, I'm fighting this ticket because if I don't, I will be considered a high-risk driver. I accept that I may be charged the full 4demerits, $300 or so fine for doing 41 over. That's ...

Received Disclosure, Nothing in my favour... what's my strat

Hey all.

I've just received my disclosure today. My trial is next thursday. I've already submitted a notice of constitutional question, etc, but I'm expecting this to go to trial as I have received full disclosure. For the sake of this thread let's assume it's going to trial.

By the looks of it, I don't see anything that I can use to my advantage ...

Re: Fax/Address of Attorney Generals?

Thanks for your help. I can use all that I can get.

fax: (416) 952-0298
But I suppose I'll call monday morning to confirm before I submit all my forms and go to the courthouse to submit the rest ...

Fax/Address of Attorney Generals?

Hi. I'm filing a form 4F and have hit a bit of a snag. The addresses on the most recent form I can find (April 11, 2012) don't match up with information I dug up on google.

Google:
The Attorney General of Ontario (as required by section 109 of the Courts of Justice Act)
The McMurtry-Scott Building
11th floor
720 Bay Street
Toronto, Ontario M5G ...

This is what I sent out:

- A full copy of the police officers notes;
- A copy of both sides of the officers copy of the ticket (Notice of Offence);
- Any hand written notes, typed if illegible;
- Any statements made by the defendant;
- Copies of the original notes of such statements;
- The names, address, and occupation of the persons providing ...

Filing for Disclosure: What to ask for?

Hello. I've recently got two speeding tickets after my 3 year record was almost clean. Damn.

Now, I could save myself a lot of stress by just paying up, but I could save myself $600 a year per ticket by playing dirty. :lol:

One ticket is for 20 over (reduced from 41 over) in woodstock, and the second is in brantford for 15 over (reduced from 30 ...
