Ontario Highway Traffic Act

I was recently charged in Quebec with 152 in 100. The fine is $300 something and 5 demerit points. What I am wondering is that do I fight the ticket in QC and say it stays at 50 over does my car and license impounded for 7 days? I basiclly can fight this as a speeding ticket in QC but get away with it not having to go through the 50 over ticket ...
