Early resolution means you are going to meet with the prosecutor and see if they will offer you some kind of plea deal. I highly doubt the prosecutor will offer you anything on a 15 over speeding ticket. My opinion is that early resolution is a waste of time and you should skip it and just go for the Not Guilty/Trial option. However if you do go ...
