Ontario Highway Traffic Act

I was recently visiting NS (I reside in Alberta) and got a ticket for speeding 16 to 30 KM/H over the posted limit. I tore the ticket in half as I drove away, thinking to myself, "I don't have to pay this f***ing thing!"

I have since realized that I probably should pay the f***ing thing, but only have the top portion of the ticket. I don't know ...
