I just got a ticket for improper right turn on HY403 and Eglinton - Mississauga. I never took that exit before. I was coming from 403. The lane was packed till 403. So i moved to middle lane when i reached at intersection people were turning right from middle lane. I thought there is some accident that why right lane is stuck and police is diverting traffic because all of cars in front of me were moving right too. I am fighting the ticket my court date is next month. I never had any ticket before and i want my record clean. Is there any hope for my case or should i go to professional to fight my ticket? Any input is appreciated!
