Sec 154 Fail To Remain In A Marked Lane.
I was recently in a accident. The accident occured on a a narrow gravel road. The road was snow covered. The location of the accident was at a hair pin corner that was very slippery. I was charged with failing to remain in a marked lane. Can I be charged with this considering that a gravel road has no marked lanes and was also snow covered. At the time I had truly believed that the officer would have blamed it on road conditions. I also would like to note that there was no signs warning of this corner only speed sign which was posted at 50km/h.
