Warning Tickets
For a "warning" ticket (one which has a payable fine of $) I understand that they have no affect on your driving record directly. However, if you are pulled over at a later date will that officer be able to see that you have gotten a warning in the system or is it registered anywhere at all? If it is registered how long would something like this stay in the system for?
I just wonder because although a warning ticket doesn't directly affect you, it could obviously lead to a bias from the officer when it comes to using discretion as to whether or not to issue a ticket.
