I was caught driving while having alcohol in my system with only a g2, i was arrested then car towed, I was released after blowing at the station and had a 24hr suspension, I went to court and asked to set a trial, If i plea guilty what will be my charge and fine. Will I lose license ? Please let me know all details regarding driving with a g2 while having alcohol
